Return Policy

Under Potey Guarantee, if you have any problems with Potey in the next 30 days, you can return it for a full refund as long as you bring in the receipt.
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return request. Once processed, either new tracking information, a merchandise credit, or refund confirmation will be e-mailed.

Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Regular orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please notify us by email at info@potey.com before the return.

Damaged Products

Potey provides the strongest packing to protect the goods from damage. In case of defect or breakage in transit, please email us at info@potey.com to ask for help. Potey will replace the item at no cost to you.

Please do not send the product back to us without contacting us first.
